The villa offers superb panoramic sea viewThe view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Esterel massif is visible from the living room, dining room, three main bedrooms and independent studio.

- Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements : 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor, a bedroom in an independent studio (created in 2017) and 2 extra beds, for a total capacity of 9 to 11 people (+ baby).

- Outside : Enclosed garden, heated, gated swimming poolThe restaurant features a barbeque, table tennis and two terraces where you can relax or enjoy a meal while admiring the view.

- Amenities on foot : Shops, bus stop, Corsican restaurant, mountain trailheads - all within a 2-minute walk.
